James is a University of Texas at Arlington graduate with more than twelve years of industry experience spanning commercial construction and civil engineering. Eight of those years focused on commercial construction, with a specialization in red iron structural steel building projects — giving him a ground-level understanding of how engineered designs translate to the field.

His four years in drafting and engineering include three years dedicated to residential land development and public infrastructure, where he prepared engineering drawings for projects involving site development, utility design, grading, drainage, and municipal improvements. That combined background allows James to bridge the gap between planning and execution in ways few engineers can.

Jessica brings more than 25 years of civil design experience across land development, municipal infrastructure, and commercial site work. Her career spans engineering firms, municipalities, and private developers — with projects ranging from residential communities and healthcare campuses to retail developments and public infrastructure.

Highly proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Jessica’s expertise covers site planning, grading and drainage, utility design, permitting, and construction documentation. She is known for developing efficient drafting standards, mentoring junior team members, and keeping complex projects moving from concept through construction.

Alicia Bozeman is our administrative assistant and office manager with more than 10 years of professional experience in customer service and 5 years of management experience.

She is a joint youth leader with her husband at their local church, cares for two spicy dachshunds and has a love for plants.

Joseph brings more than 15 years of engineering experience across land development, civil infrastructure, commercial construction, higher education, school districts, and residential development. Over the course of his career, he has worked with Texas Tech University, Texas A&M University, the University of North Texas, the University of Dallas, and multiple school districts throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. His project experience also includes commercial developments, multifamily residential projects, and single-family developments.

His experience includes stormwater and drainage design, detention design, utility design, wastewater infrastructure, and land development. As a Project Manager he oversees projects from initial planning and design through permitting and construction.
